"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit guter Frühstücksauswahl. Zentral gelegen. Nächste U-Bahn Station 10 min zu Fuss ist Earls Court. Die Zimmer sind wie bereits beschrieben etwas klein, für einen Stadttripp aber ausreichend und modern eingerichtet. Gereinigt wird jeden 3 Tag, wird aber vorher auch so kommuniziert. "It was an awesome experience. I had an amazing stay here back in April when I visited London. Really nice and cozy room, free water and the most welcoming and nice staff! The best thing was being within walking distance of London Bridge and next to everything important! I will surely come back! "

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "
