We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. "We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"This was at the very top of a 5 story walkup. No elevator. Zero indication I had to walk up all those steps. Once you get into the place there's another 2 sets of stairs to get into it. The bathroom is at the bottom of those stairs. Checking in was terrible. You have to download an app to get the codes to get in the building. They don't include the code to the actual suite. I had to wait 25 minutes at the top of the stairs for the guy to show up with the code to get into the suite. Endless...
