Free upgrade to a suite with brilliant views. Staff go above and beyond in their service. Breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. Opted for valet parking which was straightforward.

Unfortunately we arrived at the Ritz for a long overdue couples get away but were unable to stay due to not having a physical bank card. In a time when everything is digital and people use Apple Pay we found this policy outdated. We were in a hurry as we were going to Wembley to see oasis, we were so disappointed to be told we would not be able to stay at the Ritz as we have always wanted to, luckily the cafe royal around the corner had a room and we stayed with them.

Our room was stunning and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It wasn’t just luxurious, it felt personal and welcoming, like a true home away from home. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Everyone we encountered was polite and attentive, but one person stood out: Koshish. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was anticipating what we might need, checking in with a warm smile, or making sure everything was just right, his service was flawless. What impressed us most was how natural and effortless he made it all seem. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, making us feel like the most important guests in the hotel. The Ritz is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it is a true experience. Thanks to the exceptional staff, and especially Koshish, our visit was one we will never forget. Opulent and beautiful but yes dated. Doorman was slightly rude upon my arrival as if I didn't belong at the Ritz or something. But the service was outstanding and everyone was kind. There was an old smell in the hallways and stains on the rug. We would stay at a newer establishment next time.

Everything. From the moment I arrived, I was not allowed to do anything for myself. The concierge is amazing and can tell you anything about everything happening in London for all types of travelers. The atmosphere is pure luxury, the rooms are desgined beautifully, food is impeccable, my guys Joe and Simone in the cigar lounge are gonna show you a great time, etc, etc... you'll be fine.
