We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The best thing about this hotel, location! couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 5 mins to Akihabara and Ueno (to the east) and 12 mins to Shinjuku and Shibuya (to the west). Very useful and comfortable airport hotel.

We were so pleased we booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. Not only was the hotel incredibly convenient for the airport, it provided a bit of luxury before our flight home. We had a large and beautiful room and everything we could have needed, including complimentary toiletries and drinks and a wonderful view for plane nerds! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good service and understanding

The day I arrived I asked them what times they go pick up from the airport and I didn't have to wait too long.I was booked in pretty quickly and was take. Up to my room the room had all the amenities apart from water but there was a bottle in the room where you could fill up from 2 water machines near the lifts.The breakfast buffet was lovely plenty to choose from.The hotel had a shuttle going to the MTR metro every 30mins and it was always packed it would do pick up to from from the MTR from ...

The staff were very helpful, and location was excellent for accessing the old quarter.

Fantastic pool, yummy breakfast and nice rooms

The location is perfect, close to attractions a short walk away from Hoan Kiem lake area. The staff are so helpful, giving useful tips. The room has everything you need. A comfortable stay. Would recommend.

I hope Lancaster bar would open till 11pm.
