"On whole it was great however when you book a double standard room you expect a double bed as stated on Expedia. This is not the case the room was tiny and the bed was in fact a 3/4 bed not a standard double and was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel is good location for shops, bars & transport. "

"Welcome was average, just going through the motions. Club room was furnished with some taste, although a bit of wear was showing on furniture. Bathroom fan not working, which drives me mad but I’ve given up complaining to any hotel as it’s so common. I know these things burn out easily when lights are left on permanently so it’s an occupational hazard for the hotels; I do sympathise a little. "Die Lage dieses Hotels ist herausragend, der Blick über die Stadt und den Fluss mit seinen Brücken einfach nur schön. Unser Zimmer war sauber und bequem, wenn auch das Mobiliar schon leicht abgewohnt war. Der Service war nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ausreichend reichhaltig. Weitere Einrichtungen des Hotels haben wir nicht genutzt und können sie daher nicht bewerten. "Arrived by train and the hotel was just a few minutes walk away. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and efficient. The rooms were newly refurbished, fresh and clean. The standard room offered bath robes and slippers which was a nice touch as you don’t usually get those in a standard room. Great value and we would definitely stay again."
