Love this hotel - very clean and newly refurbished rooms, cracking breakfast, comfy beds, good gym and friendly staff. I always choose to stay here when in Newcastle.
Couldn’t comment on breakfast, left before it was served. Room was very comfortable, very clean and plenty tea, coffee, water and the biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Definitely would stay again.
I would definitely stay here again. Hotel was clean & stylish. Really good breakfast options that were delicious. Staff were all super helpful & friendly too. looking forward to staying again !
Room was nice, in good conditions, plenty of commodities within the room and bathroom, friendly staff at the bar and reception, great breakfast, however, coffee/tea mugs and teaspoons were dirty, on 1st night mc I requested fresh cups, all good, second day, room was made to standard but used cups were left in the bathroom with water and no clean cups for the next day, nor herbal tea bags replenished :/
Excellent breakfast and all staff encountered were friendly and efficient. The hotel was very well located. There were homeless people sleeping next to our car in the car park which wasn’t nice but I told the reception staff who immediately arranged for them to be moved on.
