"Great location very close to the Tower of London and reasonably close to the Tower Hill tube station. The room, 852 needs cosmetic updating and no direct plugs available for electronic devices. The room view was of the St. Katherine Docks with nice walk areas around the docks. The only minus was the lack of A/C but a fan was provided which made the space comfortable even with temperatures in London higher than is normal for July."

"Excellently value for money. Quadruple room for family 4 adults more than spacious. Free ferry a bonus. Canary Wharf on other side loads to do or onwards underground. Games room, bar and outdoor drinking area. Breakfast so/so but only £13 each. Tescos just outside and a great coffee shop at The Barn city farm 5 mins walk away"

"Clean, safe, friendly staff. Including the hospitable Matt at the front door. I was a solo traveller. But saw lots of families and would guess their experience was not unlike mine. If you need a reliable place, stay here"
