"What an immersive experience from the hot springs to hearing the rain forest waking up “puravida”( if you know you know). "The rooms aren’t clean. The hotel itself is out dated. The first room they gave me was a king and I booked a double. The staff told me it’s at their discretion what they give. They then gave me a double. It was very dirty with stains on the sheets. They then switched me to another room. I woke up with ants in my bed. I was over it at this point."
