We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.

The best resort I have even stayed in. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. The grounds are Pristine and full of nature and wildlife. The pool bar was incredible along with all the other bars around the property. There are hot springs all over the property. You feel like you’re in a theme park. The service is top notch and exactly what you would expect at a 5 star resort. I was truly mind blown by this location and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying at the springs resort!

This place is spectacular—nothing like it as far as outdoor hot-pools in a spectacular jungle atmosphere. So many pools to choose from at varying degrees, that you are able to find your own personal pool. Realized my dream of floating in a hot-pool while watching monkey frolicking above me in the trees! So expansive that it seemed like you ad the place to yourself!

This hotel and property were fabulous! The grounds were absolutely stunning and the staff were fantastic! When we first checked in Esteban showed us around and explained everything about the property. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 5. We told Esteban we were hoping to see animals and he offered to take us around and look for animals the next morning. He met us the next morning and we saw a number of sloths, frogs, iguanas, and even pigs living wild on the property! Esteban and the rest of the staff go above and beyond! We all enjoyed Club Rio and again then staff was amazing! The hot springs are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. There is something for everyone here. We absolutely loved our stay!

This was the best resort my husband and I have ever stayed at, the staff were so accommodating and friendly and we always had good laughs with them. They have the best recommendations for tours. Everyone was so welcoming, they are very organized. Love that they have somewhere that books activities and transportation so it’s easy to get around. Food was a 10/10. I used the spa during my stay and the massage was a 10/10. Everything was amazing!

We had such a great stay at The Springs Resort & Spa at Arenal! The rooms and grounds were super clean, and everything felt really well taken care of. There are so many amenities, hot spring pools, a spa, restaurants, and even fun activities on-site. The views of Arenal Volcano are amazing and make the whole place feel like a true getaway. What really stood out was the staff, they’re so friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or point us to the best spots. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area!
