"Se ve un poco descuidado"

"The front desk did not have our reservation and we waited outside a locked gate in a rainstorm for about 10 min. The reception was not warm. We felt like an inconvenience. Even though they have a restaurant it was closed until breakfast. They offered to drive us to town (far away) for dinner. They did not have enough seats in the vehicle for our group so we stayed in and skipped dinner. I think for young locals it’s a great place for family with thermal pools, lake, river and nature. For older...

"This is very quiet secluded location located about 1 mile in on a dirt road that really is not near anything. If you're looking for peaceful get away from everyone and everything location this is exactly right for you. The restaurant has a great view overlooking the lake but unfortunately the staff notified me that the lake is owned entirely by the electric generating company and that you're not allowed to use the lake in any way shape or form. The staff was very helpful and most of...

"Good"

"Everything was wonderful except that the location was 30 minutes away from the Basilica Virgen de Los Angeles which our trip was for. I read that it was closer on the Expedia app. Staff was wondeeful."

"Very pleasant stay. Near center of Cartago, but far enough to be a quiet place to stay. Convenient restaurant next door serving good food."

"Would highly recommend this place. The owners just couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The cabins are bright, comfortable, and clean. The location is convenient to the Mirador de Ujarras and the Ruinas de Ujarras as well as multiple good restaurants. The citrus trees on the grounds attract lots of interesting birds. We saw at least 35 species from our porch. Hanging out with their adorable, super friendly Doberman was a big bonus for us."

"The staff are lovely and helpful, sadly the Aircon just made a lot of noise but failed to provide any cool air .... only really a problem during the day as the night was cool. The cabin itself was fine but the gardens and ponds are a bit sad. "

"Excelente. Mucha paz. Muy hermoso lugar. Definitivamente volveríamos. "

"The views were amazing ! The breakfast was amazing ! The birding was amazing ! The cabins were perfecting equipped. The setting is so peaceful. The walking trails were well maintained. A well planned out property!! "
