"The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in early. The shuttle service to the airport was reliable and convenient. I enjoyed eating breakfast by the pool. The breakfast variety was good, although not enough pastry selection.
The room is very spacious with a good choice of bathroom amenities.
There are many outdated things that need to be replaced though, such as the refrigerator and ironing board in the room.
Overall, it's a convenient hotel close to the airport with a very friendly...

"Las habutaciones limpias y confortables, el personal atento y amigable, el desayuno muy rico, en general la comida de diez, la alberca de agua termal muy agradable me hubiera gustado que la alberca de agua regular tuviera calefacción."

"The main pool was lively and perfect for a dip or for the kids to play. The hot springs were phenomenal. We went several times a day and it was never too crowded but there was always someone to chat with. Staff was super friendly and generally helpful.
We weren’t crazy about the breakfast buffet - but it’s hard to maintain freshness in climates like this and really it’s a matter of taste.
The room was great, my daughter loved the plants in the bathroom! My only issue there was no long hanging...

"Overall our stay at Los Lagos was very good. We had a few problems with a doorknob and couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV (it is difficult to understand) but the property was beautiful and the hot spring pool was very nice! Overall, a really nice experience with the breakfast being excellent. We would return! La Fortuna is close by and there are restaurants nearby if you want to drive out of the hotel area ! great location!"

"Incredible experience! Can’t recommend staying at Casa del Rio enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved the attentiveness truly a very bespoke experience. Facilities were clean! Enjoyed their in hotel restaurant, pool and jacuzzi!"
