We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit.

Great beach. Coarse shell sand but still ok on bare feet. Not overly busy and right off the resort. Waves not really big enough to boogie board on but good for smaller kids to play. Pool is very nice with lots of lounging areas. Entertainment area with pool tables, ping pong and fooseball - great for kids/teens. Spacious and quiet rooms with great amenities. Animals on the resort are a highlight (iguanas, monkeys, raccoons). Food was excellent with nice variety and good quality. Staff was helpful and friendly. No complaints other than our check in was very slow.

The staff here were excellent. Cant say enough how friendly they were, accomodating and helpful. Many food choices. All inclusive worth it with the premium liquor upgrade. Pool was great. Entertainment was fun. Overall, very nice ex perience .

Very clean and food was pretty good. Ate at all locations. Stayed for 1 week and it was the perfect amount of time. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Big resort bring comfy shoes. They have carts constantly circling property for transportation also. One of the best all inclusives we have stayed at.

Staffs are all amazing and friendly. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the place. If you travel without kids, access to the adults amenities really worth it. Relax adult pool and access to an extra restaurant.

The resort is beautiful! Our rooms were clean, well kept, and had a beautiful view of palm trees and the pool. Staff was kind and easily accessible. Highly recommend the Club level- the adult only pool and lounge chairs were a favorite component!

Just wonderful spending the last week at the beautiful Westin Reserva Conchal. Great variety of restaurants, amazing activities, incredible pools and access to the gorgeous beach with remarkable views.
