"Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach. Private pool was very nice and overall good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! "

"This is an absolutely beautiful property. It’s very secluded and has a very romantic feeling to it. The owner is amazing and makes you feel like family. We booked it last minute after our VRBO ended up being a scam and we had to scramble to find somewhere to sleep. This owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome after our terrible experience with the VRBO. The cabins are very clean and comfortable. "Large spotless room with plenty of space for belongings and comfortable bed. Private porch with chairs and table. Nice pool with chaise lounges and tables to eat surrounding it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Because we needed to leave at 5am they kindly made up breakfast boxes for us the night before. Short walk to a lovely beach where we swam and snorkeled. Wonderful hotel!"

"Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...
