Everything wAs wonderful. It was very clean and food was very good. The staff wAs our favorite, so friendly and helpful. The resort was beyond our expectations, the scenery was spectacular. Enjoyed the pools and Loved the Puma Trek so much! I hope I can visit again!!

Such a beautiful place. Our room was outstanding with an outdoor shower and jacuzzi. We could sit on the porch for hours and watch nature. The trail was amazing. The hotel is on a very steep property but carts were readily available to assist. All staff were amazing, pool and pool bar very nice. Good breakfast.

The staff are excellent! We wanted for nothing! The environment was peaceful, cozy, quiet. We were fully immersed in nature in this mountain side haven! If you want to get back to a simple existence and just relax, I highly reccommend the Lost Iguana!

Lovely remote resort in a gorgeous natural setting. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant with reasonable pricing. I didn’t like having to pay $12/person to go on a nature walk, but it was a beautiful walk. The two pools next to the restaurant had an attractive design and one of them was heated such that was pleasant to hang out in for a long time. We would happily come back here.

I went here for a mother-daughter trip. Our stay at The Lost Iguana Resort and Spa was lovely- the room was clean, the check in staff was very welcoming. The pool bartender and the spa staff were gracious. We stayed in a room with a view of the Volcano. Even the breakfast and dinners at the restaurant there was very good. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Well appointed rooms with large patio area with view of the volcano. Lush, well landscaped grounds. Nice heated pool with swim up bar. Helpful and friendly staff. The only downside were the prices at th restaurant and value for the price. Food could be better and less expensive. Very close to Mistico Hanging Bridges, which is nice. Breakfasts are generally pretty good.

This was my first hotel in Costa Rica, and overall it left a great impression. The volcano view was beautiful, the staff were kind, and the room was large and spotless. The only small downside was the dinner. The price was high compared to the value, especially the steak, which I hope can be improved in the future.

The hotel is beautiful! Very comfortable rooms Breakfast limited choices It rained a lot so it was difficult to move in the property since the restaurant and rooms are in different buildings Also the pool was great since it was hot all The time.

The resort was beautiful. We had a fantastic view of the volcano. We enjoyed the free breakfast that had lots of variety. The service from staff was excellent and the resort was an easy drive to most attractions. Our family would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property offering a free traditional CR breakfasts. Property is about 20 minutes from downtown La Fortuna and 3.5 hours from San Jose Airport so the travel is a little hard. The showers had great water pressure and the view of Arenal Volcano was great when the weather cleared. The only thing I would recommend is having a setting area to eat food at, which you can bring food back from town or order room service. We had a relaxed day at the spa with the rain hitting the roof and the sound of the river. It was a great property and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly!
