"The facilities were nice and kept clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the food. Yes its a buffet, the food is a 6 out of 10. It didnt have a lot of flavor and they served a lot of the same things for all three meals amd everyday. After about three days you are totally burned out. I was only able to eat at the Italian resturant once. It was a very good experience. The food there is gaood. Overall i would stay there again but only for a few days. "

"Our stay was a great one! Stayed a week in June 2025. The staff really made it quite special. Three in particular were the bartenders we met, Bryan and Joaquin in the lobby bar were extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming on our first night and continued the exceptional service during our entire stay. "Such a beautiful property! Absolutely loved staying here and experiencing this area of Costa Rica. The room was nice and clean with air conditioning. The property it self was stunning with all the plants and walking to breakfast was peaceful every morning. The included breakfast was delicious! They switch a few things up each day which was nice and even had someone making omelets or waffles. The hot springs are in multiple areas and one has a swim up bar attached which was really relaxing....

"Beautiful property and amazing amenities. Truly a luxury experience that matches the price tag. It was great to stay here for 2 nights and relax. The beach and pool were fantastic, as was all the food we tried. Their restaurants are phenomenal. However, we only did 2 nights because there isn’t much else to do. A great little reprieve from the adventures of Costa Rica. "

"Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. They are also very aware of this and have done nothing about it!! The buffet food is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. You will find something. The Italian ala carte restaurant is excellent! Alsoif you don't...
