"We arrived and paid for early check in and did not get early check in. Once we did get to our room the bathtub was dirty the pillow cases were dirty and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. Some of the staff was snobby. You ask them a question and they just point! They charge for everything and have this VTA or VAT ( whichever one it is) tax on everything and everywhere you go in the resort."

"I liked that the property was spacious and had a big pool area, a lazy river and slides for the kids to enjoy. The jerk hut was delicious. However, the property needs updating. The bathrooms seemed older than they should be. Elevators are very small. While the staff were friendly, they were slow. They seem to need more staff to provide better service. Getting basic items like more towels and wash cloths brought to your room was a challenge. The food was not great except for the jerk hut and...

"We just left the property and it was a nice stay. Would say it’s the best no. The food was okay. Italian restaurant was gross , steak restaurant was good, hibachi was disappointing and not good. There wS no show nothing. We all just sat around and the cook just cooked, the buffet was not good . The staff was not friendly and rarely would say good morning . Basic needs at restaurants were not met like asking for a drink cleaning a table . Very disappointing."

Ahora nos dieron la habitación sin toallas pedi toallas y se tardaron una hora en traer toallas. De todas las toallas que nos dieron como 5 estaban manchadas.
