"The bar and staff were great. Adult pool was nice but some brought their children/grand children and no staff asked them to go to the family pool. The bar and staff were very nice as well. However we had problems with our room. We were plagued by super large cockroaches. The kind that make you scream. We had to leave the room to find help and sometimes a person came sometimes they didn't as the roaches showed up at night or early morning. No sleep for us"

The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels.
