"We enjoyed every moment there. Everyone that we came in contact with was truly there to assist us. The resort was impeccably clean. Our butler, Rafael was second to none. He was there for our every need and want. Ismael, our pool bartender, truly made our vacation over the top! His personality, positive energy and overall love for what he does each day made the difference. "

"Great hotel and very attentive service! The only drawback is because of how busy the beach is, you need to be up at the crack of down to secure shaded beach chairs. I believe the staff could more keenly enforce the “one hour” rule in that if folks are away from their chairs for too long the towels are cleared. Otherwise every restaurant, pool, bar and every employee was fantastic! "

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"The property was huge with so much to do! We stayed on the adult side and were upgraded to an ocean view! Our room was the perfect location to the pool and beach. At night we watched the show and enjoyed some fun in the casino and disco. We had a great time. "
