"Good food clean property and pleasant ppl"

"Went here on a girls trip. The beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the view and cooling off in the clear water. The chairs at both the beach and pool were very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"As always, very friendly staff. Clean room daily & close to the beach."

"I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests...

"I requested months in advance for a ground floor room because of my elderly mother coming with me. Since that request, she has broken her hip and has been recovering. We were put in a 3rd floor room (no elevators, all stairs) and told no other ground floor rooms were available. Although I didn't receive a confirmation for a ground floor room months ago, just told that my request was noted in my reservation by the resort, the staff said that the room I booked was 2nd or 3rd floor only. The...

"This resort was perfect, with 2 excellent restaurants (Passions on the Beach and Horizons). The beach had ample palapas and you didn’t need to get up at 6 am to reserve a spot! The room was very clean and comfortable. Super Foods is a very short walk. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance."

"The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful- so friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. On top of that, the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection. Highly recommend it"

"I liked the clean rooms, helpful workers and amenities like the jacuzzi and pool."

"This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still...

"Suffice it to say that we would return to the property in the future."
