The staff here is very friendly. We were able to book last minute after we needed emergency accommodations due to a storm in our hometown. It is simple, but clean and the staff is very accommodating. The cafe has a very nice menu and the cocktails are delicious. The pool area is also very nice and clean!

This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. We would 100% recommend and come back to stay here.

were can I Start. I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, the room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel is super close to the airport and right across the street from popular nightclubs like Coco Bongo, with many family restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Security was very noticeable, which made the experience even better.

Check-in was seamless, the staff was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our room request (Thank you Francisco!). The room was clean, spacious, EXACTLY as pictured, with an incredible pool and town view. It conveniently has a bar and restaurant on site. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to stores and downtown. It is also central to nightlife, and I highly recommend!

A short 10 minutes walk to downtown makes this property ideal. Great kitchen, large bathroom comfortable bed with easy check in and very friendly staff. Exceptional clean. What more can you want. I recommend it highly and will be back

Service was wonderful! They were all super super nice, ro service also did a great job at cleaning up. The food in the restaurant was great, the pool was very nice. Only down side is that our room said there was a pullout couch but there was a little table and a wire that stuck to the ground so we couldn’t move the table to be able to pull out the bed from the couch. The other thing was that not all the outlets worked for our chargers. They only had 1 frying pan and 1-2 silver ware (cups, plates etc.) in our room. The shower was beautiful.

My stay was fabulous. I was solo on business. DianaBell was wonderful. Her customer service was A1. I had dinner at Noah across the street the shuttle picked me up and brought me back. I had breakfast and met with Borjo in management, very nice person. This place was beautiful. I will definitely be back.

Everyone was very kind, I was a bit sick and the staff in the restaurant kept looking at me sending hot tea to my room, which helped a lot. In general all the staff from the beginning to my last day was incredibly! My room accommodation really looked as VIP The hotel is very quiet, perfect for couples without children, travelers for business since the hotel has a very comfortable work room. This is the kind of hotel I look every time I travel to find relaxing and peace Thank you all!!
