"Overall our stay was fine. Hotel was pleasant and nicely decorated. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We ate at both restaurants. The buffet was great. "Love the location of this hotel! It’s a short 3mins walk to Nanjing Road and the Metro Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I have nothing but praises for this hotel! Kudos to the staff who have rendered excellent customer service and full of initiative! Will definitely return when I go to Shanghai."
