This is my second time staying at SSAW Hotel! I’ve stayed at both their Shanghai and Hongkou branches, and both experiences were amazing. The rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent. Location was very good and near to attractions, with good tea and coffee at the lobby. take note that the room was we had was very cold thou (18c max in winter) and the bathroom door could not be closed, The hotel tried, but could not fix the situation, nor change rooms maybe due to high occupancy.
