Great location. The suite was wonderful and clean. The sofa bed was actually really comfortable. Traffic in Shanghai is awful so it is important to be close to metro. The staff were extremely nice. Thank you SSAW.

This is my second time staying at SSAW Hotel! I’ve stayed at both their Shanghai and Hongkou branches, and both experiences were amazing. The rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Shanghai. It’s in a great location and conveniently close to the metro.

Room and fittings were a little dated and the amenities limited, particularly the elevators. However, the front desk and restaurant staff in the hotel were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating and the location was ideal for first-time visitors to Shanghai.

Location was very good and near to attractions, with good tea and coffee at the lobby. take note that the room was we had was very cold thou (18c max in winter) and the bathroom door could not be closed, The hotel tried, but could not fix the situation, nor change rooms maybe due to high occupancy.
