"The Petersham was a perfect stop on our longer journey. The hotel is in a beautiful and walkable area of Richmond, close to the river, shops, pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself clearly has a lot of history and as such is an older building. When we visited it was incredibly hot and the hotel has no air-conditioning except in the restaurant.
