"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"Hotel was falsely advertised, looked nothing like the pictures. Place still looked like it was undergoing construction. Cables and wires hanging off the ceiling, and the room we was supposed to get, somebody was already living in it. We didn’t feel safe staying there because it looks like all the people working here had access to ever room and could just walk in."

"The location of the flat is great - very convenient - and the price reflected the reality of the flat's condition. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment on that, but the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The living room and bedroom had enough space to move around, and it was great there was a hairdryer: that's often overlooked! "We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive.
