Reception is responsive and kind. Rooms are clean and sound proof no noise. Nice pool, sauna and gym. Food was okay and breakfast had hot and continental options. I was only a bit worried that staff seemed a bit overworked and stressed where I witnessed open disagreements among them in the restaurant. But other than that hotel was perfect.

The shower was amazing, I still miss it! It was conveniently located next to 2 bus stops so getting around was very easy. Rada coffee house next door is amazing and several good dining options nearby. Beds were comfortable and staff is friendly. I would stay here again.

A great stay a bit off the beaten path

Nice hotel, located a bit off the beaten track but not too much to complain in that sense. They've kept the place clean, friendly and well-working. Downstairs pool can be sometimes a bit populated by screaming people or people not used to pools clearly, but the gym is well equipped for a hotel.

Stayed overnight after visiting Kew Gardens Close by to public transport so easily accessible without a car. Hotel was clean and very modern. Disliked the glass shower into bedroom as sharing with male family member so lacked privacy. Nice restaurant attached with good food but slow service. Dining experience detracted by young family playing on ceiling swing chairs as a game with parents ignoring their behaviour and staff initially ignoring them, until they used them as battering rams
