"I got a single room, which was a great size for one. I'd arrived with a heavy suitcase and they kindly gave me a room on the ground floor. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfy and the bathroom was a good size."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property was in a great location with easy access to transit, restaurants and shopping. It was great to have breakfast included with our room reservation, and the food provided was very good. Our room was clean, although smaller than I expected given that we had reserved a "suite". As well, the safe in our room didn't work and the bathroom door did not close properly. We notified staff on the day of our arrival, but although they sent maintenance staff up to see about the problems they were never fixed."

"It's a bit of a shame that they put so much effort to add those little touches to feel like the place has everything you need but fir that toilet in the corner that is not suitable for most normal sizes people, what were you guys thinking? Also it's unfortunate that I ended up in one of the hottest days of the year because that room was boiling. Everything else was fine but those two are major red flags."

"Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. We stayed during a heatwave and our room never got cool. After two sleepless nights we had to switch rooms and were given a new room which was much cooler. However the shower was difficult to get into because the tub was very high, and only one bar to hold on. I managed but it could be a safety issue for some. I called room service to order a pot of coffee to the room and they had me hold on and then said it was 10:31 AM and they stop serving coffee at 10:30. Then someone came to my room with one cup of coffee.? Aside from the few glitches, this is a beautiful place to stay, convenient location, near to restaurants and shopping. They try their best to accommodate your needs and everyone is very pleasant and courteous. I would definitely stay here again but I’d check the AC in the room first."

"We had been planning this trip for several months and were advised by my sister, in no uncertain terms, that The Kensington should be our only and best choice. Her took her advice and could not have been happier. From our reception at the front desk, to our room, to the staff who looked out for our every need during our four day stay in London. Beyond just the hotel, the location was conveniently close to “the tube” station. Travel to the extraordinary museums, from the British Museum to the Maritime Museum in Greenwich was very easy. Our thanks to the Kensington Hotel and its excellent staff"
