"The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was very quiet. However, guests checking in should be told or notified that every Monday morning the hotel conducts fire alarm test so guests will be aware when the alarm goes off on Monday morning that it's a test. May I suggest that they do the testing in the afternoons instead of mornings so that people sleeping will not be awakened. Thanks. "

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"We LOVED staying here!! The location is so convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and the train station and underground are right around the corner. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and was served in a beautiful room. My daughter and I hope to stay here again someday!"
