"Excellent hosts. Rooms very clean and well maintained. You need to be comfortable sleeping on tatami mat floor on a futon but it was part of the experience in visiting Japan for us. We did not try the food as we wanted to explore the cuisine in the town. Great location that was walkable to many sites and the shopping district and easily accessible to transit."

"This is a traditional ryokan, and my second stay. First time was back in 2016 by myself. This time came here to stay with my wife. Bery friendly staff. I had a much better experience first time around, two ladies came and showed me how to change into a yukata and prepared my bed. Everything was more personal, this time they were a little busy. Too many guests. Still amazing experience. You can reserve the onsen for yourself privately. The dinner experience is a little expensive but worth it. "

"Staffs were nice. They can speak English. However, if you seek a comfy room. This is not a place. Location: It is quite far from Kyoto town , only if you plan to visit Arashiyama. It’s ok to stay. "What a beautiful experience in a real, traditional atmosphere! I loved the Owner’s philosophy of carrying on traditions by means of making it relevant for each generation. The attention to detail in the architecture, design, even the sogetsu ikebana flower arrangements, and of course, the seasonally unique kaiseki meal, was wonderful. "- ที่พักกว้าง ใหม่ สะอาด และมีที่อาบน้ำสาธารณธะ - ชั้น 8 มีที่นั่งชมวิวเมือง โดยจะมีลิฟท์ตัวเดียวที่ขึ้นไปชมได้ คือลิฟท์ที่อยู่ทางขวามือ (ให้อ่านที่ปุ่มกดลิฟท์ด้านนอก) ตอนที่จะขึ้นไปชั้นนี้ก็หาไม่เจอ จนต้องไปถามเจ้าหน้าที่ - อาหารเช้ามีเยอะ ประทับใจตรงป้ายที่บอกส่วนผสมหน้าของอาหาร ทำให้คนที่ทาน vegan สามารถดูได้เลย เช่น จานนี้มีส่วนผสมนม ไข่ แป้งสาลี หรือไม่ ... บ๊วยดองที่นี่อร่อยดีค่ะ - สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง คือ ในห้องน้ำ ไม่มีที่แขวนผ้า !! - อ้างน้ำในห้องน้ำสวย แต่เวลาใช้งานไม่ค่อยสะดวก - จะมีคูปอง มูลค่า 500 เยน ให้ สามารถใช้ซื้อของหรือทานอาหารที่ชั้น 1 และชั้น 2 ได้ - Honke Sankyu ร้านอาหารที่ชั้น 2 อาหารรสชาติดี ราคาไม่สูง - โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้่ตลาดปลา สามารถเดินไปดูได้ ทางเข้าชมบรรยากาศของตลาดปลาทำได้ดี - Tsujiya Umekoji Kita ... ร้านอาหารใกล้โรงแรม รสชาติดี ด้านในไม่เหม็นบุหรี่ - อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Kyoto โดยนั่งรถไฟ JR มาเพียง 1 สถานี (150 เยน) เมื่อถึงสถานีรถไฟหลังเดินออกมาให้เลี้ยวขวาจะเห็นทางเดิน โดยใช้เวลาเดินพอสมควร หรือจะเลือกนั่ง taxi ก็ได้ ค่า taxi 800-1,000 เยน ขึ้นอยู่กับว่ารถติดหรือไม่"
