"The hotel was in a great location. Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful."

"Lovely hotel, family of four staying and room was very spacious. Good location for market, pontocho alley and gion"

"The staff was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for. This was our first time in Japan and we both agreed at the end of our stay that the next time we come back we will be staying here once again, but next time for longer."

"Warm like home, location is good. Great staff."

"Beautiful, premium location in town, shopping , trains etc, people are so so nice … like all places in Japan, hard to communicate in English"

"The neighborhood location was very nice and easy to walk around. The room was big and spacious with very modern features and amenities. The free laundry was also nice. The only small issue I would mention is that I could hear every movement the people above me made…I could literally hear a pin drop. Using earplugs worked for me. Overall a great property that I’d recommend."
