"Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. "

"Small, quiet and clean hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but we haven’t been given rooms close to each other and we have been asked to pay extra £100 to get closer room. Breakfast time is very short 08:30 to 09:30 in my opinion just to save money and not paying for a chef. We have asked for ice cubes for our drinks but our request has been rejected. Check out time is so early at 10:00 am again just for the owner to save money and not paying for the staff. "

"The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response. After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate...

"One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated. "This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."

"Great stay. The staff were very helpful, accommodating to our schedule, great with my dogs. The property is great, the room was really nice and spacious. All the linens, towels, toiletries were great. The hot tub is a great feature, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was cooked to order and was was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay."
