"The room I got was spacious with to double beds. It quite comfy, but the facilities in the bathroom were a bit out of date. Front staffs were nice, though I almost got heart attack when she forgot to return my credit card back and I had a moment that I thought I lost it. I got it back anyway and staff still helpful."

"The hotel location is very good. It is very close to the Roman Bath. I really impress the staff that help me warm my food and sent it to my room. Moreover, they brought a heater to my room when I told them the room is too cold. The hotel is old but the room is very clean. I would recommend."

"The gentleman at reception was far from helpful, when checking in he pointed through the restaurant to tell us our room was through there. No offer to help with luggage or facilities. "Hotel was amazing, gardens are beautiful and the room was lovely and cosy. Only downside was some of the staff we experienced on reception when we first arrived. Very low energy and not that helpful. Receptionist the following day was really helpful. Also some confusion with our room being cleaned on our second day, it was cleaned and we vacated the room from 10:15am until around 15:30pm. Plenty of time for the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t. "The staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. However the walls in the room were only partially decorated and appeared to be unpainted or papered. Reception said this was a style but its not one I like or have encountered before. My children were in the same type of room as me but their room was properly decorated. I also noticed some landings on the stairs were uncarpeted a work in progress perhaps?"

"Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. "Beautiful manor house. The room was good, not to my taste in terms of design (everything brown, photos on the website were showing different designs) but all of good quality. My husband didn't find the pillows comfortable (too big) but it was fine for me. "We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner. We had steak and Seabass and both meals were cooked to a perfection. All the courses were delicious from starter to dessert.
