"Lovely spacious, clean & comfortable apartment in excellent location few minutes walk to Wells & shops. Good place to stay for exploring other attractions around the area, Cheddar Gorge, Haynes Motor Museum, Bath, etc. I would highly recommend especially for a couple. Not suitable for wheelchair bound or those who have difficulty with stairs as it is situated on the fourth floor with four flights of stairs to climb."

"Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car.
