"L'expérience a été un peu gâchée. L'hôtel très bien, la chambre excellente, les espaces restaurant, bar, sauna, piscine de bon niveau. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Alors pourquoi au moment de partir se prendre des petites réflexions de la responsable très désagréable. Nous pensions pouvoir rendre la chambre et profiter du Sauna et de la Piscine après. Mais les accès se font avec les badges des chambres. Alors oui, nous avons débordé un petit peu pour rendre la chambre à 11h. Du coup...

"We love a hotel with some history and charm. It’s a stone’s throw from the train station. After an overnight flight , followed by train travel, the location was a blessing ! We had a warm welcome and we were pleased with an unexpected upgrade for our room. Dining and shopping are close by. The bed was very comfortable. A great value !"

"駅からも近くて、レンタカー会社も近くて大変便利だった。肩肘はらず家庭的でフレンドリーな雰囲気がある。このランクのホテルとしては、部屋のデザインや備品その他細かい所に気遣いが感じられ、清潔で居心地がよく、またバスタブもあり、リラックスできた。団体ツアーバスも利用しているようだったが、団体客の利用が気になることはなかった。 ただ、残念なのはエレベーターの故障、事前に断りのメールが来ていたが、重いスーツケースがある旅行客には非常に不便である。スタッフは助けると言ってくれたが、女性スタッフだとやはり断ってしまう。短期間に修理できないのが残念だ。 でも、総合的に好印象のホテルだと思う。"

"A lovely hotel, just a short walk from the town centre, castle etc. Restaurant food was good - had tasting menu. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly even in the restaurant. So many good places to eat in the town aswell. Quiet relaxing gardens. "
