"The staff was wonderful, gave us one free breakfast because our room was not cleaned. You can park near the entrance to unload your luggage but then move it to their parking area, a short walk away. There is no elevator/lift, could be an issue. Not accessible to all. Yes their breakfast is rather expensive but there are no available restaurants that are close."

"Well located in Amboise. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Loire. We had a studio so didn’t take the breakfast option. Parking is paid per day. On arrival it took us a little time to locate the road - it’s quite a narrow 1 way street, though that’s not unusual in Amboise! So best to check your route before arrival. We always found a parking space when arriving but it was not peak season - I suspect it might be trickier in high season when the place is full. Plenty of Restaraunts...

"Amazing staff, that explained the property. The room was nice but the twin beds are pushed together- like a king. The toilet is separate with no sink, so to wash hands you have to walk through the bedroom- there is no door to the shower area, fyi if you’re traveling with friends. The hotel is on the estate grounds and you can walk around at night. We got the best photos after the crowds left."

"The hotel is very close to the station. Like very very close. The staff is very nice and friendly. The bed was nice too. The shower however offered no privacy (no door) and would create a massive puddle that went into the rug every time we showered. That aside we had a good stay and loved the location. "

Incredibly welcoming, gave us a tour of the hotel and our rooms, called the restaurant to make dinner reservations for us that evening and gave us several other recommendations. Poppy (dog) was so sweet, my wife wanted to take him home with us. The rooms were HUGE and perfectly decorated. I only wish we set aside time to walk the grounds / park across the road/stream. This by far was our favorite stay in all of France! We highly recommend! "

"El personal no es humanitario, no vino a bien flexibilizar el día de entrada, por error al fijar las fechas, primero dieron a entender que sí y una vez dado el número de referencia, no avisan, de que no aceptaban el cambio de fechas, y sorprendentemente no era la primera vez que estuve en el hotel. A última hora tuve que contratar otra fecha. No plantearon el incidente al director del hotel. Me extrañó mucho."
