"Only think i wasn't keen on was when having breakfast all the sauces and marmalades were in open dishes, so when i was served my english breakfast on a hot plate if you want sauce, brown or red i had to carry a hot plate to the table at front and spoon the sauce on, same with marmalade for toast, either sauce on table or small saches would be better."

"Obviously the scaffolding and accompanying noise was not ideal, but it was necessary and will be finished soon. The staff were quite exceptional and the breakfast first rate. My only crumble was not to have coffee making facilities in the room. Having said that I will return without hesitation "

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"

"This a brilliant home from home property in an excellent situation on the outskirts of St Helier with the benefit of a weekly cleaning service. It is spacious with everything you need for self catering. The information given in the folder was clear and concise. Communication with the manager was easy and the response to a query was rapid. "A fantastic stay. Everything you need at a very reasonable price. Staff were both friendly and professional, always going that extra mile to offer help. "Stayed here for a 3 night business trip and I could not have chosen a better hotel. Spotless throughout, staff very friendly and accommodating, food superb and the garden and pool areas were tremendous. 20 minute walk (down hill) to the center with many taxis if you need a lift back. Would love to come back again on a relaxing break and see more of this lovely island. Many thanks again."

"Property is wonderful and very well located. Light and airy but due to restrictions no hob , only microwave. In summer not a problem as there is a wonderful bbq area with plenty of space. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too. We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."
