Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). "This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"These apartments are well furnished, laid out, and stocked. My only complaint was that they didn’t state how much stuff would be available in the flat (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits) and downstairs (coffee machine and breakfast pastries), so we brought more than we needed. The fact that these are upstairs from the bus station also means that it is so easy to get everywhere without a car and the buses on Jersey are much improved!"
