The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are parking spaces in front of the property. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The buses that run from there take you to downtown and the central bus station in 10 minutes. There are no downsides to this accommodation. Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

It is spot on. Great location, very clean, very comfortable and well maintained, communication is great from hosts, and always at the end of the phone if needed. Cosy and comfy, the place its self is absolutely perfect for a break away, has oven, hob, fridge, all utensils necessary for cooking, thoughtful extra touches cereal, milk, water, toiletries. It’s a super little place to have a break away from home with in a peaceful location and still being close enough into town with a easy bus route into St Helier, and supermarket is with in a 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend a lovely holiday let. Definitely stay again.

I've stayed in these apartments several times and always find them to be great. Easy contactless check-in. Well appointed, clean, spacious apartments with a good layout. Good TV, comfortable bed, good shower and easy parking. I really appreciate the welcome gifts of milk, coffee, tea, toiletries and cleaning products too - very handy. The apartment was spacious and clean, if a little dated. Hard work walking back from St Helier uphill! We enjoyed our stay and ate in sister hotels which were very good . All staff we dealt with were very polite and helpful.

Simple, lovely and convenient. Welcome pack included Use of other Hotels in the chain for gym, swimming pools and food. On a bus route to access the whole island, make sure you purchase a travel pass or ‘transfer ticket’.

The property was conveniently located near my daughter. And the house keeping staff (Martin and Peter) were excellent at their job, courteous, polite and professional. Can I suggest that a grab handle as one exits the shower would assist guests enormously, particularly for more elderly guests. I enjoyed my stay very much and will most likely return.

A nice quiet location ,with two local bus routes to and from St.Helier a couple of minutes away. Bed was comfortable ,and kitchen had basic equipment for self catering and Morrisons shop a few minutes walk away. The only niggle we had was the hot water was uncomfortably hot for us. This a brilliant home from home property in an excellent situation on the outskirts of St Helier with the benefit of a weekly cleaning service. It is spacious with everything you need for self catering. The information given in the folder was clear and concise. Communication with the manager was easy and the response to a query was rapid. A great place to stay on Jersey. It is very central for visits to places around the island.The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The shared washing machine was not spinning the clothes and once reported management attended to it promptly offering us and other guests free washing service until the machine could be fixed. If you know you will have heavy luggage I would suggest you ask for a downstairs apartment at the time of your booking. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is nice, very handily located (if you like hills). The property does look quite tired in places, especially decoratively, and the entrance hall is not very welcoming. However it has everything you need, is quite quiet usually and everything works. They aren’t the best at communicating, left a message on the day I arrived to say I couldn’t find it and nobody bothered getting back to me, luckily I worked it out myself.
