"Awful service, no remotes in the rooms for the AC, or TV. Woke up with cockroaches on the table near my things. Had to ask about wifi, and had to ask to get cups and glasses for the room. They told us we didnt have have breakfast included, i had to prove to them that we paid for B &B. The toilets dont have seat covers, and the shower barely released any water. Is seems like a place theyve tried to make beautiful in the cheapest possible way."

"A very special guest house. We loved our one night here and would willingly have stayed a few more nights. The welcome and ongoing service were excellent. Our room was large, very well appointed and maintained. Some nice little ' welcome' items. Topped off by a high quality, reasonably priced on-site restaurant. Try it you won't be disappointed. "

"Lovely hotel in best location in Kimberley - literally next door to the Big Hole, with its own pathway. Staff were very helpful. Room and hotel were tastefully decorated to fit into mining theme. "

"Despite the chilly weather of Kimberley our stay was delectable, however, the facility lacks communication means with the reception whien in your room. I found myself having to leave the room to the reception to ask for an iron when it would be easy to communicate via a telephone like in other hotels. Also, the room was not thorougly clean on the carpet when we returned to sleep for the second night."
