While making a reservation she will try to get you to go to their sister location and listen to an hour plus long presentation. The property and beach area is small. Even though I paid for the “Rock Royalty” upgrade, our room was not ready (even though we arrived after 3pm), staff tried to upsell me on a rooftop suite, and when I declined the upgrade I was told to return in an hour and wait in line AGAIN!
