"The front desk representative, Monica, unfortunately set a very negative tone for our stay from the moment we arrived. After traveling for such a long time, we expected to be welcomed with courtesy, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Instead, we were greeted with a rude and dismissive attitude that immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The arrival experience is one of the most important moments of any hotel stay. Guests are often tired and exhausted from traveling, and this...

"The service and the food! OMG the dinners at the restaurant Tucanes! Amazing"

"Staff were very helpful, respectful and welcoming. Doney from customer service was very welcoming and accommodating. They staff made us feel like we were family. Rooms and hotel very clean. Overall I had an amazing time and will return in the future."

"It was a wonderful experience. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay here. We had to check out very early before the breakfast time and they packed us sandwiches and fruits for the road. Very nice and considerate staff."

"Food and staff were amazing. I tried to have them fix it a couple of times explaining the dangers with no help. I just turned off the heater during the stay. If we hadn't this experience I would rate the hotel 20/10 but them not being helpful with this...

"JW Marriott is an excellent resort. Beautiful property, extremely helpful staff. Excellent restaurants and a large gym. Beach is beautiful. Golf course conditions were poor."

"Check in was smooth. Diana, one of the managers, welcomed us upon arrival and took my number to keep in touch throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She also said goodbye and asked us for in person feedback on our way out to make sure everything was good on our trip. The resort is on a steep hillside, but the trolleys come on a regular basis. Buildings 17-19 are probably the most convenient to access the lobby and the pool/beach if you decide to walk up the...

"It was very good"

"Everything about this place is phenomenal besides the food. We saw monkeys all over. Location and staff make up for lacking food options."

"Aire acondicionado no muy bueno"

"Exactly what we expected and more. I highly recommend this resort and hope to return."
