"Musty smelling rooms, low grade food"

"This was absolutely not the experience we expected. The staff was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming anytime we needed assistance. Booking reservations and excursions was a nightmare because the app barely worked, and every employee kept passing us off to someone else instead of actually helping. When we finally got assistance, we were given false information about activities, which made the entire trip frustrating and disorganized. "The moment we arrived to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort it was nothing but complete attention from the staff. The room was pristine. Plenty of shops on property and nearby. The setting of the pool & bar were amazing overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. The navigator that booked our excursion was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one! "This resort gets 100% We went for an anniversary trip- started at another resort (big mistake - worst place ever) so couple days in we switched to secrets royal. "No A/C for the first two days of my 4 day stay. Housekeeping stole my one of a kind “braid” shower cap. When I reported it, no one cared. Buffet was the best place to eat. All other restaurants were bland or just downright nasty tasting. The Steakhouse was horrible. Hibachi grill (Shakura ) was okay. Definitely not worth the $1700.88 I spent. Save yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere. Mist of the staff was professional and friendly but the ones who weren’t should find another job....

"It was very nice, convenient location, near restaurants, gas station, supermarket etc. All bedrooms have front beach. Laundry, all the amenities were there. They cleaned the rooms every other day very good. Nice staff. Activities for the kids and adults. It has a restaurant and a gift shop."

"The resort was clean, the room was clean and staff were amazing! Everyone was invested in making sure everything went smoothly and that me and my family stayed enjoying our vacation.
