"It was nice. Didn’t care for the room as it was next to an alley with dumpsters. Especially after paying $550 a night. Didn’t realize there was also a resort fee of $70 a night on top of that. Nice hotel though…"

When you approach a bar and the staff are not able to acknowledge your presence, it becomes uncomfortable and unwelcoming."

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"This is a beautiful resort with really friendly and kind staff. They make you feel valued and engage with all the guests to make sure everyone is having fun. The food is great for a resort and they are constantly sweeping and cleaning so it feels really clean around the pool and common areas. Would definitely recommend!"
