"This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. "Clean"

"Arrived to a “family friendly” resort with a 4 month old. Absolutely HORRENDOUS Food is terrible, minimal reservations with same food as buffet just served in a separate restaurant. Showers are falling off the walls and the shower POURS out into that bathroom. Mosquitoes swamped in the rooms eating us alive with walls crumbling apart. Terrible customer service A “family friendly” resort with no freezers for moms that breast feed and over produce. Leaking ac units all over the place...

"Staff is great and made our stay worth it. Property is small and doesn’t offer many amenities compared to other resorts. Also, hate the rooms only came with a couple bottles of water, no robes or any additional accommodations. Bathroom was really small. Enjoyed my stay, but I wouldn’t come back."

"Beautiful location, excellent amenities. Great for families, elderly, singles, couples. The pool was wonderful and the private beach is one of the best I’ve seen. Apparently the waters can get dangerous but just five minutes down the road is a calmer beach great for snorkeling. The grill was tasty and bartenders were fantastic. Nice, clean rooms."

"My girlfriend and I had an amazing time celebrating her Birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience that much better. Shout out Filix and Daniela (Preferred Pool Bar) for making us feel like family in such a short amount of time. The food is okay. I would absolutely recommend the Preferred experience as the perks made our stay extremely convenient and the extra amenities went a long way. Will absolutely be returning!"

"We stayed from May 3 to May 9 2026. We were greeted with hassle free check in, and sat with a beverage while check in was handled for us by the welcome staff. Our room was beautiful, plenty of space, comfortable beds, cool air, AMAZING SHOWER and fridge stocked daily with drinks. Pools were perfect, water slides were really fun for both the kids, on the smaller side for under 48 inches, and adults, and the lifeguards were on full patrol for kids' saftey. "The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always willing to assist. Only issue we had was with out shower head being broken. Took two days of us constantly reaching out to the front desk for any assistance. Other than that, it’s a phenomenal resort."

Good amount of activities to do at the hotel. The hotel could improve nightly entertainment due to a the location there not much to do near the property. The rooms are beautiful. The food is pretty good for an inclusive hotel. "
