The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke both Spanish and English. The grill and bar at the pool was so convenient and the food was tasty. The buffet style breakfast had many options and the hours were sufficient (6-10am). The room was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella was a nice bonus. We loved our stay and would stay there again.

We went the week of july 4th. The hotel room was cold, and since the weather sooo hot, it was welcomed. The beds were comfortable. I love the all day coffee stand. Breakfast buffet had many selections and everyday the choices were different. I love the ample frig in the room. It was a bit cold at the pool since it was windy. There is a great restaurant called Metropol a frw doors down and a 10 walk to the supermarket, Puebo. I like this hotel and will stay again.
