"Staff was very nice ."

"Overall an amazing resort! Rooms were clean, super spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also love that there were tons of places to swim at without feeling too crowded. This resort might become our go to spot!"

"Un lugar que necesita mayor personal para mantenimiento. Mejorar el servicio a la habitación ya que es muy limitado. Tiende haber olores de las tuberías del baño. Mucha moscas, deberían instalar lámparas de repelentes. Es un hotel “nuevo” pero parece que lleva años de apertura. Muchos muebles descuidados, luces azueles de los balcones dañadas o sueltas."

"The property was really nice! Beautiful flowers and plants growing everywhere. Coconut and Palm trees swaying beautifully in the breezes. Lovely place to just layout read a book or catch a nice tan as the Pools are large, clean and plentiful. The Bars are well staffed and stocked. Staff guided Pool Side activities were fun to do or just watch everyone else. We stayed on the All Adult side. My complaints are... The Beach: The water! A Massive Sargasim over growth. "Close to everything . I wish there was more shade . Cute souvenir shop nearby . The lux bar had really good food and drinks and by the pool . The girl bartender there was so friendly. I loved how easy it was to go back and forth to renissance island . The only negative is not close to an actual beach"

"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"10 out of 10, we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Spotless resort, lots of amenities, walking distance to town, clean private beach, great service. Just note the daily resort fee, VAT and service charges. Your bill will increase exponentially by the time these charges are added on. But we knew this going in!"

"Property was nice, well maintained and the staff was amazing. The only downside to this was, for an "all inclusive resort" the dining options were very limited during the day with a lot of the restaurants being closed until 5pm. I can say that the family side was definitely more livelier but nonetheless we enjoyed the adult only pool and festivities."

"I stayed for three nights. The food was great, was seeing mixed reviews but enjoyed the different restaurants. Compared to other Riu a couple things are different like the Riu party isn’t a pool party. The pools do close @6. So next time definitely will be making sure what I’m booking they have a pool for longer periods of time. Other than that the staff was amazing and they kept the property very clean."

"The resort was very good, great friendly staff in the Club Lounge, Clarabel & Johan deserve a big thank you. Facilities were first class but the resort, staff, management etc just lacked that extra special touch. Plenty to choose from food wise but always seemed to be warm rather hot all the time, even from the grill, always gave you food sitting rather than what was cooking, even if you asked for it!!!!. The staff also struggled with English a bit. Would I return to this resort I think not but...
