"The staff was amazing, from beginning until the end of our journey. They have a wide variety of food, lots of activities for everyone, shows, you name it. A children's water park which is not big, but it wasn't too crowded when we traveled which made this a plus. The water park is a must do for the little ones. "Clean and nice sized rooms. The check-in lady was helpful even though we were early. The pictures of the property are a bit misleading. There is a good sized pool and a lap pool that is more relaxing. There is no beach, just lounge chairs on sand that leads to some dirty water. Whereas a highlight of many resorts is their daily entertainment, this was a huge disappointment. Multiple times, we had to ask for the scheduled activity to actually take place.
