"Resort is enormous. Main building has mediocre bars with no windows and no outside component. Food is sub par. Would never stay here again. Impossible to get reservations at the two restaurants that require them. "

"Clean resort! Amazing plus that the boat takes you to flamingo island for free. We spent almost every day there even if it was only for an hour.. just because we could!! Definitely recommend to explore other beaches as well. Casino there is super small but great! Live dealers. Shopping is amazing here as well. Would skip the restaurant that is in the lobby. Our friends tried it twice (gave it another chance) and they did not like it at all. Steakhouse on site is very well known but we didn’t try...

"Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). We were told we we would be moved the next day, but there was little follow-through and I had to track down updates myself. When an alternative was finally offered, I was told the blinds in that room would not open, which was not a reasonable option. The...

"We spent most of our time on the beach but the pool was amazing with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. You could find a quiet place or a lively place. The pool is huge."

"Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was a mixed bag. The staff service including check in, food quality, and food service were not up to par. We did not check in on time and we did not get a proper tour or understanding of the hotel and amenities. The only time we had a conversation with the lobby staff was to convince us to sit in an hour long presentation (probably for a timeshare). The room ac was also very weird and the room was a little bit more dark and outdated compared to the pictures online....

"Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with a lot food options. Clean hotel and friendly staff. No lineups anywhere at the hotel or restaurants. Seating at the poolside was good, just reserve your seat with your towel early morning. Definitely recommend and will be returning. "
