"Beautiful resort with very clean rooms, great pools, and friendly staff. The property felt relaxing and well maintained, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Food options and entertainment were also very enjoyable. Only minor downside was that some areas could get busy during peak hours, but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers."

Omar from the front desk was exceptional at his job and was extremely professional event with large groups processing for check in."

"Margaritaville is always a great place to stay. As it is a cruise ship port, all the stores in the area around the resort shut down at 5:00pm when the ships leave. There are few restaurants and bars outside the resort. The lazy river was enjoyable, but they only had about 8 tubes for guests to share, which I thought was quite unfortunate, leaving the majority of guests to just walk the lazy river. The views and beach are stunning."

The pools (main and swim outs) had lots of missing tiles, but I’m sure it’s a huge project to remedy that. Two main dislikes: 1. The open smoking of marijuana and tobacco products EVERYWHERE! It was being done in the main pool and surrounding areas constantly, on balconies, etc. The resort really should limit all smoking to designated...

"Overall, Princess Senses charges premium prices for what should be a luxury adults-only experience, but the service and hospitality simply did not match the price point. The resort looks beautiful, and the rooms photograph nicely, but beyond the aesthetics, the experience was disappointing. I’ve stayed at more affordable resorts with significantly friendlier staff, better service, more activities, and a more welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not return."
