"Be prepare to walk the whole resort, they just have one shutter and its a lot of people, The only good thing about this hotel was the water park and the staff, other than that everything is terrible, all the good reviews you will see in the site are the servers asking for reviews so their bosses can give them perks, minimal activities for kids and almost everything you’ll have to pay it in order for a better experiences with characters, no free games, archades, interactions etc, do not loose...

"Beautiful view from our balcony at the harbour residence side, also quieter and more relaxing! Everything was great, food a bit expensive, infinity pools and hot tubs were nice, beach a bit small but still very nice, with blue aqua clear water! The only thing I wish they had was nightly entertainment! We will be back again!"

"The staff and everybody was amazing. Only issue was we paid for horseback riding and they changed the time to later in the day and we could not do it so we wanted to cancel it and get a refund which they said they could do. And I have yet to receive my refund yet. If anybody can help out please reach out."

"Cleaning staff with steal from your room, stole money and a neck pillow of all things, they run out of food at the buffet fast. If you are young looking the stuff with not be fast to serve you at meals, the common area bathrooms smelled like raw sewage."

"Lots of activities and sports - pools, beach, tennis, pool and pickle ball; tons of restaurants - including my favorite the food trucks & breakfast buffet. Jazz and dance parties with DJ were great fun. Room was clean, modern, large but comfy."
