"The room was nice and clean, the service was also top notch! The pools were kept clean and the drinks were also very good.
The only issue was the sargassum on the beach but no matter how much they clear it up it’ll come back, it’s mother nature doing her thing.
The fauna was fun to watch I personally didn’t have an issue with it
Definitely will be back when the sargassum season is over to get the full experience at PYP💯 "

"Customer service is terrible. Complained to front desk and they stated had to make a report. After several reports nothing ever happened. Hotel room AC did not work our first night. They then changed us to another room that the hot water did not work. One day the entire hotel did not have hot water. Need to have more dining options especially for breakfast. We were not members so we only had the buffet restaurant for 4 day stay. Outside of our patio smelled from the water . Disappointed in our stay here. "
