"The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. "

"Small, intimate hotel right on the water with a spacious infinity pool, excellent personaized service, attentive staff and beautiful ocean views from every room. I had the all inclusive option which made things very easy especially since there really isn't any other options nearby as far as restaurants so all inclusinve makes sense. They are very generous with food and drinks, the poolside bar and cafe serves all day until 4:30 and the restaurant serves breakfast until late dinner with a new manu every day. You will never be hungry. This is a smaller property so don't expect a huge selection but the menu theme is different every day so you get a different choice of entrees to choose from. I never had any propblem getting a cabana which are all first come, first serve, as were loungers, there was plenty for all. All rooms have large balconies with ocean views so no matter the room you have the lovely ocean stretching to the horizon. The Senses is not ultra luxury, but it is definitely higher end, well kept and appointed with huge rooms, plush beds, linnens and sitting areas. I felt absolutely relaxed and at ease and the ocean front location with the pool directly on the water makes you feel totally isolated from the busy Riviera area. The staff are lovely and will make sure you are never without a drink or a bite to eat or a bucket of ice or a cold beer."

"Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. The only problem, you had to walk to the next resort if you wanted to eat before 8a. Several of the restaurants were open only certain times of the day, the majority of food places you have to make reservations for. The concierge were very little help. They keep pushing the timeshare and telling you to use the app for everything. Even calling for a spa treatment you have to use the app. They won't book it for you. Resort prices are absolutely inflated, $90 sunscreen at the spa. So pack your own. Even the tipping at this resort was weird, gave a bartender $20, no response. Tip the servers, it was like whatever. Just felt weird. You definitely do alot of walking. The theater is very good, live singing & dancing trying to keep you engaged. Pool is very large, but there is a section of the pool that is for members only, again trying to force the timeshare again. But overall we were happy, and if you need transfers from airport to resort use usa transfers, absolutely great on time and have a real time location. Rivas & Vega were our drivers, van was clean, cool and drinks were cold. "
