"Great place"

"I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully. Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...

"Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...

"Stunning property, beautiful room views, amazing pools! Staff were 5 star. Would love to come back!"

"We had an awesome time at Hyatt Zilara. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They have an awesome coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The breakfast buffet is good. Food was to be as expected at an all inclusive resort. The Asian restaurant and the hibachi was the best. Pool is nice and large. Special shout out to Michelle the pool concierge and Lucero, the barista (both sweet ladies) who made our stay so pleasant! Thank you all, for the amazing job you do every single day!!"

"We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at the resort. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, kind, and pleasant. The resort itself is in poor condition; its age is showing, and there has clearly been a lack of investment in renovating the property. On the other hand, the cuisine is simply magnificent—every meal was a culinary experience."

"Horrible experience. Almost made me not want to travel to mexico ever again. Riu resort in cancun saved the trip thankfully but I will never return to the Bluebay Grande Esmeralda"

"Very nice"

NO cumplieron "
