"Highly recommend this property. Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only.
Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh...

"Amazing for families. I would recommend to all. I was impressed with the food and hospitality. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The kids activities and events were all day and very entertaining. From foam party at kids pool to dance party to inflatable castles, my 3 kids were happy and stayed busy. We had a family concierge, who communicated with us through out the day and made our stay so special."

"Estuve recientemente en este hotel y, en general, la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es 10 de 10: absolutamente todo es nuevo, moderno y bellísimo. Las instalaciones están impecables, con muchas piscinas increíbles, modernas y súper lindas que realmente hacen que uno se sienta en el paraíso. 🌴💦
La playa, lamentablemente, no está en buen estado. Está llena de sargazo y realmente nadie se mete al agua. Pero las piscinas son tan buenas que compensan completamente eso.
Ahora, lo negativo —y...
"The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

"Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend "

Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten.
Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. "
"Just back of the famous 5th Avenue but totaly quiet room. Great cleaning. A small big pool for a great relax and talk with friends time. Nice shallow area for kids. A few minutes walk to the Great 38th street. Nice wine place at the corner ( call Off the vine) or a more local Muy Salsa. Awesome staff and Sergio, a most helpfull and friendly man. He arranged our taxi from and to the Airport with excellent drivers. Would go back fir sure."
"Clean. Safe. Quiet. Close to the beach and small restaurants, but far enough away from the tourist areas. This is perfect for people who want a quieter experience and a great beach, seconds from their room.
It is also just down the street from Pranamaya Free dive which offers a variety of excursions. Great people. "
